Introduction

These terms apply to everyone who uses Opvango — both parents looking for childcare and childcare organisations managing their offering. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Our role

Opvango is a platform that connects parents and childcare providers. We are not a party to the final childcare agreement — you enter into that agreement directly with the provider. Where possible, we check information provided about childcare locations against sources such as the LRK register and GGD reports, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete or accurate.

Your account

• You provide correct and current information
• You are responsible for your login details and magic-link emails
• You do not share your account with third parties
• We may terminate accounts in cases of abuse, fraud or a breach of these terms

Permitted use

• Looking for childcare for your own children
• Contacting childcare locations through Opvango
• Submitting reviews based on your own experience

Prohibited use

• Spam, misleading content or false reviews
• Processing another person's personal data without permission
• Abusing magic links or the bulk-application feature
• Automated scraping of Opvango

Liability

Opvango is not liable for damage arising from a childcare agreement you enter into with a provider. We are also not liable for incorrect or outdated childcare-location data where we have taken reasonable care to keep that data current.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will inform you of a material change by email and/or with a notification when you sign in. You accept the new version by continuing to use Opvango after its effective date.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the user's district.
