How we work
TIKO probeert in de eerste plaats om kinderen veiligheid en vertrouwen te bieden. Dit is de eerste vereiste om kinderen zich gezond en goed te laten ontwikkelen en hen zelfvertrouwen te geven. Vaste leidsters en groepen, een vaste dagindeling met daarin ruimte voor individuele behoeften van het kind, het aanbieden van geschikte materialen en activiteiten; het zijn allemaal hulpmiddelen die ervoor zorgen dat ieder kind zich bij ons veilig voelt.
Vision & approach
Als kinderen een of meer hele dagen naar de kinderopvang gaan, volstaat het niet om alleen verzorging en voeding te bieden. TIKO is er zich van bewust, dat ouders haar een gedeelte van de opvoeding toevertrouwen. Dat is een verantwoordelijkheid die wij heel serieus nemen.
