Who we are
Welkom bij Casa Tweetalige Montessorischool. We werken met een duidelijke management- en teamstructuur. In onze aanpak zijn er teams rond verschillende groepen: Babies en Toddlers, met baby- en toddler guides, en het Children’s House. Ook is er ondersteuning in het teamwerk tussen de twee secties. Daarnaast is er een teamleider voor Lower en Upper Elementary, met meerdere guides en teams. Ons teamoverzicht laat zien hoe we begeleiding en ondersteuning organiseren per leeftijdsfase.
How we work
Op Casa werken we met een management team dat de verschillende onderdelen aanstuurt. De Children’s House Team Leader (Inez) beheert twee teams: team group guides CH en team support guides CH. De Team Leader van Lower en Upper Elementary (Jetteke) leidt drie teams: team group guides LE, team group guides UE en team support guides LE/UE. Voor Babies en Toddlers (Ellie) zijn er twee teams: toddler guides en baby guides, die ook samenwerken tussen de twee secties. Daarnaast is er een Nutrition Team Leader (Claire) met een team van keuken guides en vrijwilligers.
What we're proud of
We zijn trots op onze heldere organisatie met vaste teamleiders en duidelijke verdeling van taken. Daardoor kunnen baby’s en toddlers, Children’s House en Lower/Upper Elementary gericht worden begeleid. Ook het team voor voeding is apart georganiseerd, zodat we de dagelijkse zorg goed neerzetten. Het management team bestaat uit meerdere leden, zodat besluiten en afstemming binnen Casa samen komen.

The Nutrition Team Leader (Claire) manages one team consisting of all kitchen guides and their volunteers.
