Welkom bij Thuishuis De Kleine Gast: kleinschalige kinderopvang met persoonlijke aandacht. Thuishuis is een coöperatie van kinderopvangondernemers met eigen opvang in Noord-Nederland: Groningen, Friesland en Drenthe. Binnen de coöperatie hebben aangesloten leden elk hun eigen kinderopvang. We werken volgens kaders van wet- en regelgeving en hebben voor elk lid een eigen pedagogisch beleidsplan. Op de locatie zelf wordt gewerkt vanuit een visie en beleid, zoals is beschreven binnen het pedagogisch beleid.

De coöperatie helpt aangesloten kinderopvangondernemers met kwaliteitsborging via o.a. coaching, scholing, een helpdesk, contactdagen en pedagogische ondersteuning en advies op maat.
Who we serve
Jouw kinderopvang doet er alles aan om dagelijks goede kwaliteit kinderopvang te bieden. Toch kan er een keer iets misgaan. De leden van Coöperatie Thuishuis vinden het belangrijk dat je bij hen terecht kunt als je ontevreden bent. Daarom heeft iedere kinderopvang (KDV/BSO) een interne klachtenregeling opgesteld. En heeft het gastouderbureau ook een klachtenregeling.
